OLSIS stands for On-Line Student Information System.
OLSIS contains student registration information made available online. Logging into the WVU Parkersburg OLSIS system using your unique ID and password allows you to register for classes, access student records and financial aid, update your personal information and more.

  • Your password is the same password you use for WVUP email, Blackboard, campus computers and library resources.

Who is my advisor?
Go to Student Profile on the main screen. Once you are on the Student Profile dashboard, the name of your advisor will be under 'Graduation Information' in the middle of the screen.

Financial Aid Letter is not listed in my OLSIS :
If you are having issues with your Financial Aid information, please call the Financial Aid office at 304-424-8210.
