Your WVUP Email is an institutional-generated email account which will be your primary source of information from the WVU Parkersburg. WVU Parkersburg uses Google Gmail for our email service. This service has more than just email with the use of Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Groups and Google Sites.

Had a Name Change?
You must submit legal documentation to the HR Department to start the process of your name change. Once this process is complete, please submit a ticket to IT Help Desk to be issued an updated email address / WVUP Network ID.

If you have made any changes to your legal name and need your WVUP Email account updated, please submit a ticket to IT Help Desk.

Please Note: You will need to submit legal documentation to our Records Office to update your account before modificiations can be made to your email account. The Records Office can be reach at 304-424-8310.
